it is very important for teachers to make learning dynamic and interactive for students. If students are not motivated by the learning process, they will be less interested and will not learn as much. The teacher's responsibility then is to create lesson plans that involve activities encouraging the students to participate in their own learning. The teacher can accomplish this by asking the students a series of questions: What are the student's reasons for wanting to study English? How does the student learn best? What activities would the student like to see in the lesson plan? Armed with this information, the teacher can design a lesson plan that suits the students' different learning styles and life goals and makes the classroom activities participatory and student-led.
